Local Honey
We are delighted to off local honey from bee hives located on The Yeld in Kelsall. The bees are able to forage on flowers and this year have been busy on the oil seed rape crop in the fields to the west of the village.
This produces a honey that can set relatively quickly into a smooth creamy texture that is easily spreadable. The initial cloudy appearance is normal and indicates the settling process has begun. We hope you enjoy it!
