We entered the Chester Food, Drink and Lifestyle Festival Sausage Contest, with our latest flavour Sausage, Cheshire Farmhouse, which is a Pork herby flavour  ideal for Sausage and Mash. We have been short listed in the final 3! So if you are around on Easter Sunday come along to the Festival at 11 am and try out the rest of the competition!


We entered the Great British Sausage Week contest with Our Cracked Black Pepper Sausage and Wallys Special recipe Cheshire Pork Sausage, both gained awards, the Cracked Black Pepper received Gold and the Cheshire Sausage gained Bronze!


2015 – The Start!

Our Pork Chive & Black Pudding Breakfast (PCBP) Sausage achieved Chester Food Drink and Lifestyle Festival 2015 “Best Flavoured Sausage” and Sausage of the Festival. They then went on to compete in the Champion of Champions Sausage Contest in Smithfield London, where it was ranked in the top 12 in the country!
In November we entered the Meat and Livestock Sausage week contest where The PCBP received a Gold Award and our Caramelised Onion & Balsamic Vinegar Pork Sausage won a Silver Award!
