Our Pork Chive & Black Pudding Breakfast (PCBP) Sausage achieved Chester Food Drink and Lifestyle Festival 2015 “Best Flavoured Sausage” and Sausage of the Festival. They then went on to compete in the Champion of Champions Sausage Contest in Smithfield London, where it was ranked in the top 12 in the country!
In November we entered the Meat and Livestock Sausage week contest where The PCBP received a Gold Award and our Caramelised Onion & Balsamic Vinegar Pork Sausage won a Silver Award!
Not bad in our First year in trying!
